Our Pre-school
Crosspool Community Pre-school is a small and friendly setting for 3 and 4 year olds. We are a registered charity run by a parent led committee, meaning the children always come first.
Our team of experienced staff will help your child learn and develop as they follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our Pre-school will also help get your child ready for the transition to Infant School when the time comes.
We offer places funded through the free early learning scheme for 3 and 4 year olds. Please see our costs page for more information.
Crosspool Community Pre-school first opened in September 2000 with the joining together of three local traditional play groups. The Pre-School operates within Lydgate Infant School where it rents a room.

Uniform
We have an optional uniform for the children to wear which we sell at cost. We can also sell a bookbag for your child to take their artwork home in, or if you prefer you can provide your own.
Polo shirts and sweatshirts can be purchased in our Pre-school colours, purple and green.
Pre-school bookbag in purple with our logo can be purchased.
